Tageisei Management Agency was created by James Locke in April 2010.  After being a fan of the sport of MMA for many years, James started writing for Top MMA News.  Once being involved in the sport and making many contacts with athletes and promoters, people began to ask James for help getting into the sport, finding out where to train, and how to get involved in MMA events.
